At United Action for Youth (UAY), we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to discover who they are, explore what's possible, and build a future that's meaningful to them.
For more than 50 years, we've partnered with young people and our community to create spaces of belonging, opportunities for growth, and offer support for all young people.

Creating is about more than making something. It's about imagining possibilities, expressing ideas, building relationships, and discovering new opportunities.
We make space for young people to explore their interests, find their voices, connect with others, and envision the lives they want to lead.
Growth isn't one-size-fits-all, and it doesn't happen on a prescribed timeline.
We support young people as they discover their strengths, develop new skills, navigate challenges, build resilience, and learn more about themselves and the world around them.
Growth means having the freedom to explore, change direction, make mistakes, and keep moving forward.
Success looks different for everyone. For one young person, it might mean finding a place to belong. For another, it might mean navigating a difficult situation, finding stability, or taking a step toward a personal goal.
We believe young people should have the opportunity to define success for themselves.
Our role is to provide the relationships, resources, encouragement, and support that help them get there.
