UAY offers individual and family counseling services for young people (ages 18 and under) and their families. In the form of formal and informal therapy, UAY provides services that help with anxiety, depression, family conflicts, trauma, and more.
Referrals

  • Referrals are welcomed from a variety of sources including community agencies and directly from individuals seeking services

  • Refer yourself by filling out the HIPAA compliant form below
